Lovely looking. Fairly easy to store and unpack (I'm a weakling so a little on the heavy side). Bought two and both need a derailleur tune-up. Skipping all over the place. Videos too large to upload.

Love my e-bike. Assembly was minor, good instructions. I had one question about the derailer guard, a quick call to customer support answered it. The ride is nice, especially after I upgraded my seat post to a shock absorber one. The motor power, range and brakes are excellent. My wife has a different brand of e-trike, I think the quality of my Portola is better. I'm 74, 5'9", the bike works great for me. I haul the bike in a hitch mounted rack on the back of our RV.

Very fun ride couldn’t be happier I use it to get to work and some cruising around town Took it to a lake the other day and went fishing the rack is nice for strapping gear and poles down onto. hoping to get the pet carrier add on for it soon because I like to bring my cat to work.

I am the Star of Montreal up in Canada. Easy to assemble, but brought to a bike shop to make sure everything was A - OK. The bike looks amazing. It rides great. I highly recommend. Buying a better seat for a 50-year-old bum ha ha ha!

Hi, I bought two Portola’s one for my wife and one for myself. Overall we are enjoying the bikes. On the set up side, I needed to adjust the derailleurs several times, once out of the box because it skip over the rear clogs. I used the barrel nut to adjust both bikes. Also, to help line the derailleurs line up I had to loosen the main nut and straighten out the alignment on the derailleurs and then retightened, then use the barrel nut. So far it’s working. Also one battery while charging allows me to press the button on the battery to see charging status, and the other battery I need to disconnect to see charging status. Both batteries when fully charged to green light still leaves one red bar left on the battery. Maybe this is 80 percent. My wife’s brakes are squeaking i will try to clean. Overall the bikes are working well, Thank You.
I commute only 13 miles/day, battery is draining like anything, need to charge every day and still can’t ride 11 miles/day and then 2 miles i have to paddle more

Hi Ajay, that is very low range, and does indicate there may be some added resistance or the battery is not starting fully charged. I would also highly recommend getting the larger 13.4ah Portola battery instead of the 10.4ah battery if you are riding in higher PAS or with throttle and heavy drain. It will remove that range anxiety. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
After waiting and researching and I purchased the Portola. I love this bike so much! It’s perfect amount of power, comfort, style and portability.
