There were a few scratches on the battery and the frame. Other than that it is a fun bike. Battery of course is not it promises.

I watched several videos on putting the e-bike together. Carefully read the instructions. I used a torque wrench and tightened everything on the lesser spec. However, the screws, on the stem stripped out. There’s not much metal to hold the small bolt. I had to go to the hardware store and buy small bolts to tighten the stem. I’m a big guy (240) and the e-bike rides good. I love the bike!

Great ebike. Unfortunately, the bottle mount has been located too high up on the frame. I needed to use an adapter on mine in order to make it functional.

Love the bikes. So glad we chose the Vorsa. Well built, solid, and comfortable to ride. Seat is a little hard but everything else is great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an e-bike

The bike looks great and climbs hills well, which was the main reason I bought it. The problem is that the front rotor disc arrived bent. I spent hours trying to fix the brake noise with no success (both wheels had the issue). I finally took the bike to a professional who “fixed” it, but the problem came back right away, and now the bike has already been sitting there for two weeks. If you live near a Ride1Up distributor, it might be worth giving it a try—just make sure to pay for professional assembly to avoid issues and protect your warranty. Personally, I regret my purchase. Returning the bike is a hassle and would cost me even more on top of the repairs I’ve already paid for. I won’t be buying a bike online ever again.

Really enjoy riding this bike. Rides like a lighter bike. Plenty of power the torque sensor is great. Really smooth, no rattles, very comfortable with a suspension seat post. Motor is really quiet. Great bike at this price point. Riding in tour mode with mixed pedal and throttle I get around 50 miles mostly trails and some roads.

Overall it works well. The brakes are my only concern. I tried my best to set them up with the instructions and youtube videos but couldn't get them not to rub or make noise. Ended up taking it to a bike shop to do. It still seem like the rotors are a little warped or something though. I also saw there's a note on the instructions that it's not uncommon for the rotors to come warped which was frustrating. Why don't you fix the packaging then? The assembly instructions were simply bad. The bike came with two hardcopy instructions for some reason that didn't 100% match each other. There were also the instructions and video on the website / youtube which also didn't match 100%. Ended up trying to follow the video mostly but there were things like telling me to turn the bolts so many newton-meters - who has any frame of reference for a newton-meter without specialized tools... The bike also did come pretty banged up. The box had a number of holes in it. There were a number of scratches on the frame. It was also covered with tiny metal shavings which where downright dangerous and tedious to clean up. With all the high reviews I was pretty disappointed with the quality. That being said, besides the brake noise, it runs well and I have been enjoying it.

I am well pleased with this purchase. Keep up the good work.
great deal on a great bike
It is the perfect compromise for a fat tire and skinny tire bike. The seat goes low enough for me (5’2”). I did upgrade the seat because the stock seat was not comfortable for me. It was easy for my husband to assemble.
