Disclaimer: former pro bike mechanic and amateur cyclocross racer. I’ve owned more bikes than I can remember, and built or fixed thousands more. I was not expecting the build quality, the ride quality of this bike. Not at this price point. Even the packaging was well thought out, including the tool kit sent with the box - most companies wouldn’t bother including more than the few cheap tools needed to assemble the bike, but this came with the full complement of Allen wrenches, pedal wrench, and decent quality thread lubricant. Ride-wise, it’s smooth, silent, speedy, and well balanced. I can do my entire four mile commute to work without the assist, no problem. The sensors are great, the charging is easy. I get decent mileage, although I’m fairly light and keep it in eco mode for the most part. I’ve installed an aftermarket rack (axiom disc rack) and even with my giant feet, there’s no heel clip with my 30L panniers. I’m 5’9, long torso, short legs. Medium stand-over was fine, and the bars aren’t too wide for my smaller (female) shoulder width. And. It’s really pretty. Thanks, guy that stole my last bike. I traded up.

We did our first longer ride on the matching V3’s we bought a couple of months ago. My wife and I road through Zion. What a miraculous product. Smooth, low maintenance and easy to get comfortable with.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase, getting over 50 miles on a charger level 2 and 3 with pedaling, shipping was great no damage of any kind, easy to assemble. They give you the tools! everything was good ?

The bike is hyped as an awesome commuter and has all these awesome capabilities. It flaunts a 28mph class3 speed, more torque than other bikes in its class, light weight, and great customer support. I’ve had the bike for about 500 miles and have completely changed the tires cause there is no way you could safely or easily change a rear flat while commuting on this bike. It requires 3 or 4 different Allen wrenches and complete removal of kickstand plus tiny screws you’d be sure to lose if your broken down in the middle of your commute. The 36v battery drains off very quickly and there is limited ability to hit 28mph even at full effort unless battery is 100% and also weight of rider. Bike performance will not be as advertised if your are over certain weight but manufacturer won’t tell you. Loose spokes and already had to pay to get a broken one replaced. If you don’t know anything about e-bikes torque and voltage don’t start with this bike. It is a peddle assist despite having a “throttle”. Also not built for hills in Seattle. Would be great somewhere flat. Manufacturer also locks you out of the controller and tells you there are no locked settings when you contact customer support but clearly there are cause you can find them in the controller and they are locked but they won’t give you the code. I’m out my money and learned my lessons. It will serve its purpose for now but I would not buy a mail order bike thinking I’m getting a good deal cause any savings you think you got are undercut by the amount of repairs and tune up. Also brakes squeak and rub something fierce. Also they were losing money so put cheaper cassette and components on the bike after all the online reviews made their videos. Bike does look awesome and most people don’t realize it’s an e-bike so that is fun. It goes on the city bus pretty well too.

My first e-bike is awesome. Love the belt drive and the light-weight frame. The optional rack is super solid, enabling me to make grocery runs and trips to the office without needing a car or waiting for mass transit.
Easy assembly, comfortable and responsive ride, long battery life.
Great bike for the price,hh and outstanding customer service. Highly recommened.
We did our first longer ride on the matching V3’s we bought a couple of months ago. My wife and I road through Zion. What a miraculous product. Smooth, low maintenance and easy to get comfortable with.
I love this bike. The assist is super smooth and the battery lasts for as long as I need it. I was missing a bolt when it shipped and they sent me a new one the next day.
The pedals that come with the bike are super slippery so I bout some metal ones that grip a bit better in the rain, but other than that, no complaints!
